Every direct-hire placement comes with a 90-day replacement guarantee — if the candidate leaves or doesn't work out for any reason in the first 90 days, we'll restart the search at no additional cost. For temp-to-perm conversions, the guarantee resets at the conversion date. We've only had to use it on 3.4% of placements over the last five years, but it's there for peace of mind.

Every candidate goes through a five-step process before we submit them: a structured behavioral interview with one of our recruiters, skills assessment relevant to the role (typing, Excel, clinical scenarios, etc.), reference checks with at least two former direct supervisors, identity and right-to-work verification through E-Verify and I-9, and — when authorized — county-level criminal background and motor vehicle records checks. For healthcare placements, we also verify license status with DORA and run OIG/SAM exclusion checks.

Direct-hire means we recruit the candidate and they go onto your payroll from day one, with our fee paid as a one-time placement charge.
