Suzanne Logan
Suzanne Logan founded StaffLink Solutions in 2014 after spending 16 years in corporate HR leadership across healthcare and manufacturing. Frustrated by the cookie-cutter approach of national staffing chains, she set out to build something different — a Colorado-grown agency that treats people like people.
Today, Suzanne leads a team of 14 full-time recruiters and account managers from our Wood Avenue headquarters. She remains personally involved in every executive search engagement, and she still answers her own phone.

Our story
StaffLink Solutions opened its doors in May 2014 with three employees and a single client — a regional medical group struggling to fill night-shift nursing positions. Within 60 days, we had placed 11 RNs and built a reputation that quickly spread by referral.
By 2017 we had outgrown our first office and moved to our current location at 2227 Wood Avenue. We expanded into industrial and administrative staffing, and in 2019 launched our technology recruitment vertical to serve the booming Colorado Front Range tech corridor.
The pandemic tested every staffing firm in the country. We responded by waiving placement fees for essential healthcare roles and helping over 200 displaced hospitality workers transition into new industries. That commitment to community is something we'll never lose.
Today, StaffLink Solutions is one of the most trusted staffing partners in Southern Colorado — proudly women-owned, debt-free, and growing because of one thing: the people we place and the partners we serve.
